We have been real busy as of late and fina...lly got back onto Micks XY as we were waiting for parts to turn up. We had to replace the RH sill panel as had rust in the rear half and been previously damaged at the front and middle and just loaded up with bog. we remove lower pillars so we can clean up rust properly inside them and we like to fit the sill as a complete unit and it goes in first and pillars over the top.We rust treated all the internals and refitted back to car. Job came up sweet. See more

23.01.2022 Hi Guyz! Been back on Pauls LX hatch. We fixed the rust ion the inner sills and damage to A pillar, The rare spares sill was just simply a terrible fit for a ha...tch. The hatch a different sill profile compared to the sedan as the tapper by over 10mm from front to rear of door jamb. We made the sill from scratch as even the main face is dead flat and rare spares is bowed in this area. The sill came up real nice and was a pleasure to do once sorted. See more

23.01.2022 Hi guyz repaired up a dona Rh gear box x-member and middle sub-frame support for the EH wagon. The originals are completely rusted away and smashed flat. I had blasted and pitting was not acceptable and also wanting a clean no hole finish.

20.01.2022 Hi guyz! Another update on the coyote wagon where doing the rust on. The tail gate opening was very rusty requiring quite a few patches to get it all back to steel.

19.01.2022 Hi Guyz! Don't forget we are happy to help with your projects as well.This is why we don't bother with rust patches on XY/R doors. This door looks like a clean ...for rust door shell but you don't see what lays in the edges. Sad part is you straighten door out which usually needs a skim of bog all over then you pay good money for paint then 3 months later the bubbles start appearing. There's an old saying! Poor man pays twice. We sand blasted then repaired the rust in frame and filled in molding holes. Epoxy and then 2k primer followed by satin black but we also do body color when we know what color its going to be. Skin is loosely fitted ready for gaping and final weld off once all panels ,locks,rubbers are fitted. See more

We have had a IFS front end fitted by Fekete fabrications and also the FG XR6 TURBO BARRA which will have a ...very safe 500HP tune running ZF6 speed auto. We are fitting power steering, and also vintage air. As the car is a work shop truck we will keep engine power easy and reliable. See more

18.01.2022 Hi guyz. This is a hatch back that we had done the RH quarter already and now just fitted the LH. This side was a fair bit worse than the other with half the B ...pillar needing replacement and wheel arch brace half rotted off with old impact damage at the base of the B pillar and sill. We made new sill as rare spares item for hatch aren’t close enough to blend. See more

17.01.2022 Hi guys!! Little job I’ll show separately on an EH wagon rear roll pan which is the same as sedan. We made a rolled patch which we fitted to the shape of the pa...n before we cut the patch to final shape. I didnt cut any more than what was required. The area has a lot of welding to go round it once final fitment takes place to lower tail gate panel. See more

16.01.2022 Hi Guyz!! Getting closer with Fekete Fab getting radiator,air condenser and front mount inter-cooler fitted at the front and finalized fitting of the XH fuel tank. Exhaust 4" ,tail shaft and tail shaft loop next.

12.01.2022 Hi Guyz! been back on Mick's XY fitting a couple of front door skins! First we appx gaped the doors then removed skins and blasted the frames. After blasting fr...ames we repaired the rust and epoxied and painted the inner structures. The edges will be filed and corners welded after car is fitted up completely and all gaps dimed. Both front doors had the same work but i wont duplicate all the photos. See more

08.01.2022 Hi Guyz! Done this back window patch on a XY and these have a lot of gaps and heights to consider. The patch is pretty good but is made dead straight up to the ...back window. The car actually straightens out where the D-pillar meets the quarter and flattens off by a couple of mm to the window edge. You will see in one picture where you need to cut the edge to flatten it out. Overall a good patch. See more

07.01.2022 Hi guyz!! Back on Barry’s EH wagon and got engine bay, top lock, and upper grille panel repaired. We filled all un- needed holes. We replaced Lh skirt, moved ra...diator position appx 40mm forward as well as squaring up the opening. We fitted cage nuts and removed un needed seams. Engine bay is nice and clean but not over the top. We also added top hats high up under the guards to run wiring,air con ect. See more

06.01.2022 Hi Guys! Been back on the EH wagon. The LHR of this car is very rusty in lower quarter,inner floor,rear panel,rail,spring hanger ect. We made new rail and suppo...rting inner floor panels to replace the rusty ones and has now come up a treat. The rail was notched like the original to facilitate the fuel filler if required. We are leaving rear deck board support out at this stage as it offers more room to the lower quarter. We are now moving into the lower tail gate jam as its rusty all the way around. If anyone is chasing some repairs big or small don't hesitate to contact us. See more

05.01.2022 Hi here’s an up date on Rogers LX Hatch. Rust in engine bay repaired worst being lower Rad support and bonnet hinge areas. We also got the plenum repairs, painted.

05.01.2022 Hi Guyz! Don’t forget where happy to do small jobs as well as the large ones. Here’s a Bedford war truck we have been helping out with. We had to replace centre... of rear cab and both lower doors. Thanks to Robi Fekete for help making up the centre rear patch and to Tony Tony Blaster Warhurst for the sand blasting. The cab is back into epoxy ready for the next stage of its build. See more

03.01.2022 Hi guyz!! Mounted some Mustang bucket seats into a 70 Bumpside F100. The original bucket brackets have the seat to far forward and too high for guys over 6ft. T...his set up is 70mm lower and 90mm further back. The base will be welded down and access for seat bolts will be through rubber grommet’s in the floor. See more
