08.01.2022 Now that dragon boat is back in business in Metro Melbourne as well, I bet the whole of Victoria is singing with JOY! Here to celebrate, we have a picture of DBV's distinguised announcer Joy singing to a Kookaburra. Joy claimed she was practising for regattas when the bird dropped by to investigate. Obviously amazed with Joy's dulcet tones as the bird probably needs some tips for its calls.

07.01.2022 How good was the Cathy Freeman documentary on ABC? https://iview.abc.net.au/show/freeman Such an inspiring individual that has brought glory to Australia. That night on 25th September 2000, Cathy Freeman won gold in the 400m Olympic track; is still considered the greatest night of track and field in the history of the sport. Her words are not just significant in the track event, but also to us all as athletes in every sporting arena.
