23.01.2022 Last week I showed you the package of a birthday outfit for a very special little man. Well I didn't want to show the outfit until he had a chance to show it off to all his family and friends. Today I was lucky enough to be sent some photos of him wearing his outfit. He looks sensational! I hope he and his family had a wonderful day!

20.01.2022 I have been working on a set of aprons and chef hats for twin girls. Between illness, reports & school they are finally just about there. This is one complete set. The other will be finished tonight once the kids go to bed! They are looking very cute!

19.01.2022 Between going back to work and moving house this year, has meant there hasn't been a lot of time for sewing. While unpacking I have found a few items that would make fun Christmas gifts. As I find more I will slowly add to this album.

16.01.2022 I got a little sidetracked while setting up my new sewing room... Butterfly and I had lots of fun making a felt ball garland for her new bookcase... I guess the sewing room can wait a little longer!

11.01.2022 Well it is a bit embarrassing to see that it has been December since I last posted something on my site. Yes I am still here!! Thank you to all the people who have stood by me and welcome to all the new people. A quick catch up...Well the Christmas rush was huge so I took a little break! Then I headed back to teaching more hours this year but this has turned out to be a few more hours than I originally expected...but that's ok because the new house has started so the extra... money has come in handy for getting all the little bits for the house. Sewing wise I have only really made a pram liner for a customer and a costume for myself for ANZAC day at school. I am looking forward to some new sewing soon with a couple of orders coming in for apron sets and pram liners. Very excited for the new house to be ready and my new sewing room because then we will have our dining table to eat at rather than the breakfast bar. Collaborate for a Cause is also beginning to start up so I am looking forward to being involved in raising money for a charity again for the 3rd year. x Mel

09.01.2022 A package all ready to go out for another first birthday celebration. Things have been really quiet in the sewing department this year as I have gone back to work...but this story really pulled at my heart strings...I really couldn't say no. After being completely devastated at losing my beautiful niece Ruby when she came way too early...hearing the story of this little man who decided to come early and has had to fight every day to be here just makes me smile! ... What a little Superhero!

05.01.2022 My little butterfly has been working hard today to make herself a Boo! Designs Skater Skirt. I think she did a pretty good job. I only ended up with 1 pin in my finger so quite successful all round!
