25.01.2022 Finally finished farewell gift for a person leaving Darwin (in fact by the time I finished, she has already left!). Pic not so good, still arguing with Photoshop. I absolutely love this doll pattern by the wonderful doll artist Elenore Peace-Baily.

22.01.2022 Well Uni has started back up today! It’s going to be full on - four units plus intensive workshop this semester gasp getting down and dirty with Visual Arts.

21.01.2022 Now this is different.

19.01.2022 You might feel good about donating your old clothes, but nobody actually needs them. Part of the problem is fast fashion and experts say the solution is to stop buying. More: http://bit.ly/2I6MbtZ

17.01.2022 Pic from my last soft sculpture project (Dark Emu series) for semester 1 - Visual Arts. A bit stoked with the way they all turned out.

12.01.2022 Some more lights created

12.01.2022 Finished the fractured landscape quilt pieces that were overdue. Now I can hand back for finishing. Took a different approach, instead of using fabric, I have combined fabric, watercolor, crayons and acrylic paints plus gel pens to do the creations. Then I have heat sealed and sprayed a matt fixture. Cannot guarantee washing capabilities so will recommend spot clean only.

07.01.2022 Making Lilly of the Valley fairy lights.

05.01.2022 Finally finished this rather tall mushroom man, started him quite a while ago as a demonstration but realised very quickly that he would take too much sculpy clay and he wouldn’t fit in the oven to bake. I switched him over to creative paper clay which is air dry. I had fun making the little flowers out of florist wire, woodwork glue and nail polish. He is a bit quiche but I like him and yes there is a bird nesting on his head

05.01.2022 My result of a recent Raku clay firing workshop conducted by the fabulous Gerald from StudioElevenLee

04.01.2022 Working on a new design for an upcoming exhibition. Much chat over on The Woolly Pedlar page about what to call it. Today I am favouring 'waterfall scarf'.
