08.01.2022 Goog morning all, I hope you have had a wonderful weekend, I certainly have. It has been that time again of expanding my mind and my skills I was privileged to spend my weekend with 15 other beautiful souls learning MLD (Manual Lymphatic Drainage) with the amazing Michelle Vassallo.... Once again delving deep in to the human body, this time via the Lymphatic System. Wow what a complexed and highly underrated world we have going on in there. Detoxifying, protecting us from bacteria and other intruders, producing immune cells, aiding in digestion just to name a few of it's daily chores. When our Lymphatic System becomes a bit sluggish it can create havoc in our body and that is where MLD can do it's magic by switching on and stimulating the Lymphatic System with very gentle feather like stroked to assist with flow and drainage.
