09.01.2022 Meet @elliewatford. This is the superstar who works with me to implement some of our marketing magic for our retainer clients. Ellie has been working remotely this year from South Australia (among other places) and each week, we zoom, email, phone & text to keep abreast of everything.... On Friday we were actually in the same state, so we met up in Sydney for a planning morning & celebratory lunch at China Doll. I felt so energised after the day. It’s so amazing when you find a person who joins your team that is as motivated as you are to create successful outcomes. Having two minds in the room from different generations leads to so many ideas and opportunities. Ellie starts studying for her law degree full time this week but I’m lucky enough that she’s staying on my team part time while she studies. I’m very grateful for your contribution Ellie! #smallbusiness #regionalaustralia #dreamteam
