14.01.2022 I was so unmotivated to get out of bed this morning. A little too much chocolate yesterday made me feel horrible, but I dragged my butt out of bed and smashed out a decent workout. NOW I FEEL FANTASTIC!!! When you’re lacking motivation just think about how good you’re going to feel after. Nothing beats that feeling of acclomishment. Especially when you’re not running at 100%
