24.01.2022 Back on Lake Wendouree after 7 long months. Very happy CoVid19 safe paddlers.

23.01.2022 Our friends at Dragons Abreast Mt Warning, Queensland sent us this lovely card and kind thoughts to Dragons Abreast Ballarat as we are still in Stage 3 Lock down and cannot get back on the water. We have nearly completed our Return to Paddle check list with Dragon Boat Victoria so that when we are allowed and the weather improves we can get our boat out onto our beautiful lake. Warm and sunny today but white caps on the water due to the wind. We can only walk with one other person but the members are keeping in touch. I am just hoping we remember which end of the paddle goes in the water after six months and counting out of the boat. We are eagerly awaiting returning to paddling and all doing the right thing to make that day come as soon as possible.

15.01.2022 The wind beat us this morning, so we still haven’t yet had our first COVID paddle.... fingers crossed Tuesday will be calmer... (these photos don’t really show how rough it was)

03.01.2022 Our lake is calling us.....we are very excited to be able to get back into our boat on Saturday 3/10. It will be bit different with Covid regulations, but it's going to be great!
