23.01.2022 I'm going on holidays yay, See you when I'm back. stay safe well and be good to yourself. Thank you for all your support during Covid, I enjoyed engaging with you all. Ill be working on some new projects just before I return so keep an eye out.

22.01.2022 After this week I've realised that a huge part of my anxiety and depression was because of these simple things, I hardly left the house I hardly communicated ...and always thought the problem was me. Today I learned I'm not the problem, it's what I'm doing with my time that is, I need to get out more experience the sun focus on daily activities, be active eat healthy and so much more. Since these changes I feel more alive, I feel happy, there are a few important people missing but hopefully they come around one day. I realise how important and special life is and how important it is to keep marching on and do the things you love and worry more about what's ahead and less of what I've left behind me. The truth is, life's not so bad if you leave the house and spend some time in the real world, I feel happy again and really comfortable with where I am, how far I've come and most importantly the beautiful people I share my life and future journey with. I had a great day with my partner today, learned new things and I can say I was productive I'm happy with that. Be kind to yourself, things always get better. Take the steps and be mindful that only you can make a change and difference. I hope this helps anyone that needs inspiration or guidance I'm here with you! Thank You to Jonny for such a great time again today. I love you!

05.01.2022 Hey everyone, I'm doing well. Life is starting to look like this again, love to smile. While I'm taking a break I think it's important to share with you how I'm going. These have been worrying times and life was starting to get a bit hectic. I was a concern to many loved ones and I want to thank them for supporting me and looking after me. I'm not gone forever I'll be back again soon to say hello and check in again.... I hope everyone is going good and looking after one another and themselves and want to share with you that this process I'm following is working for me and I'm starting to feel inspired and great again. Its nice to know my friends and the people I spend time with understand this update and me as much as they do. Thank you for your support love and bringing happiness into my life, each day becomes easier to create goals and achieve inspired ideas and more with your love and encouragement and as someone who's life it changes and impacts so easily I want to encourage you to continue treating all your friends and loved ones this way. Let people hear you and see you from the heart. Let life be easy by sharing your positivity and kindness with people! Don't let people take advantage of you and don't allow people to take away your heart of gold. You are you and those who chose to join you and encourage such things definitely deserve a place in your life the rest who listen to bullshit have never met you and want to judge your every move are just not worth it anymore. Its nice to know who I am and be able to be myself and enjoy life without poor judgement or misunderstood messages and if there is someone on my Facebook against my journey I ask you to remove yourself and go achieve some of your own life goals and create a happy path and journey for you. I'll give anyone a go more than once but sometimes I struggle to trust people when they do so much to hurt me and I just want to be the best me I can and enjoy life with everyone. People tell me I see life and others with my heart first, I'm starting to listen. I'm discovering me and who I am. Those people took time to get to know the real me and want to help me along the way and I'm so grateful and happy to have them as friends and family and now we enjoy really good relationships based around trust and communication. I love it I am always learning and I am always wanting to improve. Things can get messy but when I see that, I make a change and I'll do anything to make it better. Everyone deserves happiness so be happy And be the best you! Your heart is free you don't have to work hard to express yourself if everything you say is honest and comes from the heart.

We also talk with Katya about all things Smackdown which is a drag competition held at The Sportsman Hotel. 03.01.2022 I just thought I'd check in and see how everyone is going at the moment? I am still on holiday in my living room making holiday posters but I want to share with you what my holiday has been like. Ive grown eyebrows and facial hair and over this time so far I have started to discover who I am and how strong I can be, I have learned to appreciate so much more than I used to. Ive learned new ways of coping with things and started to really appreciate the massive amount of supp...ort I have received in the last 12 months which I'm extremely grateful for. While it's been a tough holiday to take its allowed me to understand some things and allowed me some space and time to get to know me a little more and work on my mental health and be in touch with people I love more regularly. So far it's been great and I will be working on some projects soon and will be back in action when things are better and I wish everyone a safe journey and hope your all doing well. Be kind to each other Ive never taken a break from drag like this and this has been a whole new experience for me! See you again soon
