13.01.2022 Had some blockage issues in March cleared by another plumber only to have the same issue 7 months later. Id come across Drainmaster Plumber being recommended i...n my suburb group on FB and he did not dissapoint. Great communication and sorted the issue quickly. He also took the time to explain what the actual problem was and what we can do to rectify it. Was happy to answer any questions. Highly recommend Drainmaster Plumbers, and will definitely be using them for all our future plumbing works!

09.01.2022 For a couple of decades, Drainmaster has reamed out the roots from our old ceramic pipes every few months - promptly and effectively. Finally, we bit the bullet and had them replace the ceramics with plastic. Scott's initial Hiroshima bomb imitation was a bit confronting but unavoidable. But after a couple of days everything that had flown up in the air came down again, in the right place. You just can't tell that the brick paving had been disturbed and everything is clean and tidy. Very impressed. Only downside is we'll miss Scott's friendly and thoughtful service, now the roots are banished. Ken and Jayne, Woodlands

08.01.2022 Tight squeeze today, locate wcio between two buildings 4ft deep and extended to ground level. Back filled and Machine rodded blockage downstream, caused by tree roots.

05.01.2022 What a relief to have found Scott! I bought 2 toilets online as they were a good deal. I had a different plumber come to do the job who couldn’t get them in, he... botched some parts of the system, scratched up the tile paint in our bathroom & left us without a toilet as the second one was removed too ready for the new one to be installed. This plumber also told me to resell them and purchase new systems which would have cost me an extra $600+ minimum & a lot of hassle as they ‘wouldn’t fit’. I found Scott through a Facebook page and he was able to get them in with a bit of modification and saved me the drama of getting new ones. Thankful to have found Drainmaster Plumbers, their experience is priceless.
