23.01.2022 BUSINESS REMINDER -- Make sure you reconcile your payroll and report employee pay details to the ATO before 14th July to close off payroll for the 2020 financial year.

19.01.2022 If you are one of the people working from home due to covid, make sure you are aware of what you are entitled to claim as a tax deduction. If in doubt, discuss this with your accountant when preparing your FY19-20 tax return.

17.01.2022 If you're financially affected by COVID-19, you may be eligible to access some of your superannuation early. Applications to release up to $10k from your super for the 2021 financial year are now open. Log into MyGov and follow the ATO links for more information eligibility criteria before you apply.

13.01.2022 It's BAS lodgement time again! For those entities that qualify they will also receive the second payment of the ATO’s Cashflow Boost when lodging this years Q4 BAS.

10.01.2022 The $100k instant asset write off for businesses ends in one week on 30th June. Make sure any payments for items you're wishing to claim as a deduction in the current financial year are made by this date.

09.01.2022 EOFY is 30th June. If any clients need to enquire about anything relating to the 2020 financial year it is best to do so before the new financial year starts as it may be too late to make changes after June 30th.
