23.01.2022 While some are dancing in the rain, others are just trying to keep the boat afloat. Everyone has a different reality...so hold onto kindness and remember that we may all need to steer our boat differently. Here’s to the hope though that rainbows follow the storm

07.01.2022 I know these are very challenging times at the moment but we are all still connected, still here, even if in different ways right now. We can still reach out to each other in new and creative avenues and find ways to spread joy and comfort. Let’s not forget what we can control in this world which may seem uncontrollable. It is different but we can do this!

05.01.2022 The scariest moment is often just before you start RUOK day....the day to check in on people around us and connect with those who might need someone. Some may argue that it’s disappointing we need such a day, as this is simply what we should be doing every day. That’s a valid point but I like to value anything which shines the spotlight on mental health, coping and connection. I can appreciate that life is hectic and people aren’t perfect so if a specific day educates and enlightens the world on these concepts....then bring it on I say!
