14.01.2022 Hi boys and girls To share our view and what we have decided to do regarding Governments ease of restrictions for Cafes, starting with Saturday. NO SEATING Few reasons for it: - It would not be fair to have our Staff constantly deliver food, coffee etc to the tables, clean the tables and heavily interact with customers knowing well ahead that those guys and girls, rostered to work on the floor have no chance at all of avoiding social distancing policies. - Keeping ...names and contact numbers of sit down customers. Highly impractical for quick service Espresso Bar style operation like ours. - 10 customers at time We feel that most of the time we will be in breach. At busy periods ,almost every day there is at least 7 to 10 people either ordering or waiting for coffee/ food. If we add up to 10 customers sitting down, we are afraid that will be in breach and we do not want to make any more damage to community when it comes to Covid19. - financial / business reasons Dramanti Wynnum is a fast paced Cafe, generally relying on masses, high turnover of customers and items ( coffee) . With average spend of $7.5 it does not make any business sense to allow very limited seating. . That kind of operation is simply not possible with such limited customer numbers. We hope that you still love us. It took us over 5 days to come to this decision and it was not a pleasant one. This newest restrictions relaxation is a great positive news and we are looking forward to the next one. If we feel that we can deliver or improve on above mentioned concerns we will certainly change our decisions. For now, take aways only, no seating. See more
