18.01.2022 Tonight was truly a treat. Spirits from Stone Pine Distillery Loch Brewery & Distillery Black Gate Distillery Hoochery Distillery Corowa Whisky and Chocolate McHenry Distillery and Belgrove Distillery. All organised by Kathleen and her team at nipofcourage. I wonder how many of these amazing spirits we would be trying today if it wasn't for this company. Apologies for the ordinary photos. They certainly don't do the night justice.

09.01.2022 We had the absolute privilege of spending the weekend at Black Gate Distillery. So many unique experiences, including being the first to try both the new whisky (Batch 008) and the new batch of peated new make spirit, and to learn some of the tricks of the trade from Brian. We also had a couple of surprises with Nathan from Baker Williams Distillery joining us to share his new 'work in progress' whisky, and Craig from Craft Worker giving us a sneak peek of his new 7 mth old WIP whisky. Thank you SO much to Brian & Genise for their incredible hospitality, and Craig for coordinating the trip. It's one we won't soon forget!
