21.01.2022 #Repost @el.yse (@get_repost) @dranthonybloomfield @newlifecentreforwomen the other day i tried something that sounded totally whack - cryolipolysis. basically they attach two panels to your body with a gel barrier (feels like a cross between an ultrasound and cupping) that freeze selected sections of your body and over the course of 12 weeks, 30% of the fat that was frozen dies and is excreted by your body. CRAZY?! its not a quick fix though guys its for areas that y...ou struggle with like lower tummy or love handles, literally spot treatment for people that are in good shape but just have a couple areas to work on. the whole thing took about 90 minutes - dr b and cairyn are absolute LEGENDS and i definitely would go back if i needed to! i just laid on the cot and read magazines for an hour. it was awesome to try something new and im keen to keep you guys updated with the progress via my story - apparently you need to wait about a month to start to see the results has anyone else tried this?! ask me anything if youre interested and ill let you know how it was for me!!
