19.01.2022 Day 30. Been watching this succulent grow its flowering stem all month. Everyday, rain, hail or shine, this stem shoots taller from its open heart, quietly and willingly. I am inspired to watch my own progress as I dig deep to uncover the significance of my research and sum up my thesis. Even though the change is incremental on some days, I look back and see how far I've come, just by getting myself to the desk daily and not giving up. 14.01.2022 I thought of a womb when I laid eyes on this at a street art exhibition today. Right when I snapped the photo, a little darling popped out ... her face lit up like Christmas! This reminds me of my wish for 2016 to be a year of joyous creation. I find that I'm happiest this year when I let myself get lost in art. It's like a heartsong that makes me feel so alive.
