24.01.2022 Horrible storms bring horrible consequences and the past few days have been diabolical.what to do with water damaged phones and tablets! Even when you really look after your Smartphone or Tablet, accidents happen. One of the most common is liquid or water damage. When your device comes into close contact, with a liquid, it can easily stop working we have a better than 90% success rate of bringing a water damaged device back to life or worse case recovering your precious da...ta but there are some really important things you can do to help that happen. 1. Do not attempt to turn on or charge your device under any circumstances. 2. If it is on, turn it off immediately and if the battery can be removed then do so. 3. Bring the device into any of the ten Dr Boom locations for a free no obligation assessment. This may mean we send your device to our Service Centre where we have a certified clean room environment and state of the art diagnostic and data recovery equipment but regardless it won’t cost you anything for this service. Dr Boom have been repairing mobile devices since 1994 in fact we've lost count of how many we have brought back to life in that time, and we always provide a free screen protector with every repair for our Facebook friends plus 10% off most accessories (excluding Otter; Lifeproof, Beats, and already discounted items)
