25.01.2022 DRC clients vehicle in for DIY self service at DNA Automotive Repairs workshop.

23.01.2022 Well not much trailer left, but all the rust is gone. Now to build the new frame!

21.01.2022 The DRC Team at work!

20.01.2022 Small amount of progress on DRC01, as well as inlet manifold removed from a Jeep to finally discover the real coolant leak! Wow what a design

19.01.2022 Coil spring helper air bag kit fitted to a Ford Everest today. Airbag Man high pressure kit was a breeze to install. Bit of the DRC touch to the trailer plug mounting. This allowed the Anderson connector, air valves and trailer plug to be in the one location.

17.01.2022 Something a bit different today. A new fixed brake line for a Cosworth Sierra. Very cool car, grateful for the opportunity!

15.01.2022 Start of the fuel system upgrade for DRC01. 3/8 PFT supply line, fuel sender unit chemically cleaned/modified and -6 fittings installed. #makinghp #lstheworld

15.01.2022 Cam shaft install for a 5.7lt LS engine build. Fresh timing gear and chain set. Rear cover fitted with new seals. Even the 4L60E wasn't safe today.

15.01.2022 Jeep quoted $4k repair, we got it done for a quarter of that!! Even made a few improvements over the factory parts along the way.

14.01.2022 Not finished yet, but we've had plenty happening in the DRC shed. Logbook services, cooling system and starter motor repairs. Tomorrow, a camper trailer respray!

14.01.2022 Thank you Annastacia Palaszczuk for giving me the extended weekend to get back to my project car! It's been far to long!! LH starter motor install, engine and gearbox mounted, hidden battery supply installed #DRC01 #lstheworld

14.01.2022 Out of necessity comes design. Huge week, but never give up to make a kids Xmas. The mini bike is now able to be transported. Thank you Santa!!!

14.01.2022 Well, that's enough for this weekend. Camper trailer completely rewired and repainted. To be continued...

11.01.2022 Sometimes the only way is to fabricate! The rear panhard rod was to long in DRC01 after the suspension upgrade, so we made our own fully adjustable (like the rest of the car).

10.01.2022 Almost ready for paint

10.01.2022 It's life, what can we say

08.01.2022 Huge thanks to https://www.facebook.com/DIYautomotiveaustralia/ for the use of their workshop today. Made the front drive shaft replacement and engine service a breeze on my clients Ranger! In need of a safe working environment for your personal vehicle? Check them out!

07.01.2022 Just a quick repair to a Jeep. Jeep says no!

06.01.2022 Safety first people!

05.01.2022 Due to our current social situation, DRC Race Prep is committed to preventing any possibility of Covid19 transmission while maintaining your vehicle. Rest assured you and your vehicle are in good (sanitised) hands.

05.01.2022 Huge weekend in the DRC shed. One minor service to an ix35, logbook service for an Everest, and finally got some paint splashed on DRC01. Think it's beer o'clock

05.01.2022 Camper trailer job returned from chassis fabrication (shout out the Pete). All gaps silicon sealed, mounting holes no longer needed welded up and draw bar painted. Still a heap more work to go

03.01.2022 Overhauln! Due to some serious rust issues, we couldn't create the toy hauler we wanted. So...time to cut and shut this beast for the next family adventure. Follow us to see the progress

02.01.2022 Some more progress on the short build LS1. Thanks to Brendan for sourcing the timing chain damper! Hard to find for the gen3.

01.01.2022 Camper trailer rebuild and an early father's day present!
