24.01.2022 Repost @prsglobalopen #PRSGlobalOpen presents: #FaceTheCase A 4 months-old infant was referred to our unit. Physical examination revealed a left... temporoparietal skull depression with marked asymmetry in head shape, a low-set left ear, and a large posterior fontanelle. A 3D CT Scan demonstrated synostosis of the left pterion which involved the coronal, frontosphenoidal, sphenoparietal, and temporoparietal sutures. And also, an anomalous horizontal intraparietal suture synostosis. How would you Face the Case? Comment with A or B to vote: A. Strip craniectomy and helmet therapy B. Fronto-orbital advancement Watch this space for Poll results, full case report, and discussion with expert #plasticsurgeon Damian Marucci.
