24.01.2022 What a pleasure it was to enjoy breakfast with a group of passionate professionals on Fri 1 Dec. Sharing thoughts and experience, all with a similar goal of improving our patients health and longevity. The proposed subject of discussion was #sleep and how we help our patients improve its quality and quantity. We all agreed that lifestyle and dietary changes were the key to improving the bodies ability to detoxify and reduce systemic inflammation. The ketogenic diet was discus...sed and I can't wait to try the keto-coffee. Improved gut flora and function, optimising oral fitness and establishing cranial and TMJ stability were all key factors in improved airway, reducing nervous stress and adrenal fatigue leading to a great restful nights sleep. The implications of infections in the mouth from gum disease or infected dead teeth also were implicated as one of the major causes of inflammation in the body. Successful replacement of any teeth that are lost with ceramic zirconia dental implants allow for return of essential cranial stability that is lost when losing a back molar tooth. This is a problem that chiropractors come across every day. A new concept of future personal health known as PH360 was also touched upon. An integration of Artificial Intelligence with lifestyle and integrated medicine. 06.01.2022 I take great pride in being the best I can be in my profession. I continually study and read ... always looking to learn and improve my knowledge in holistic dentistry. That's why I feel very honoured when peers ask me to share my knowledge with them. This October, along with my colleague Dr Bill Kellner-Read, I've been invited to speak at the Society of Natural Therapies and Researchers Annual Conference in Brisbane.
