22.01.2022 Posture Tip: Imagine how your body would look if there was a piece of string attached to the top of your head, drawing you up towards the ceiling. Your chest is lifting tall, your chin is gently tucked in, while the shoulder blades are pinning back together. When you look at your posture side on there should be a straight line from your ear, through your shoulder to your hip, knee and then ankle. Keep this is mind when at your desk, driving, or watching TV at night.
