25.01.2022 What a day! Today is one of Complete Corporate Wellness’ busiest days. Last year I was in Melbourne for R U OK? day conducting workshops, but today we spoke virtually about how important it is to reach out and stay connected with our friends, colleagues and loved ones, especially during these times.

And even though getting ready took a few minutes compared to if I had to go onsite, I do miss the face to face interaction. I miss getting on a plane, meeting new people, shaking hands and checking out different workplaces. What do you miss while in our new normal?
