04.01.2022 Here at dreamofupenditarotreadings we take pride in providing our clients with an open minded and well guided reading we can provide through our tarot cards. So we thought we should explain what our belief and purpose of tarot card reading is. Our main deck of cards we use have been created by Doreen Virtue and Rayleigh Valentine and they have explained that tarot is a divination tool that dates as far back to the 15th century. However many individual souls feel that the use ...of this divination tool is frightening based off the original cards that often portrayed death as a bad omen, as we aim to provide every individual with a well balanced reading that doesn't scare them we have chosen the Angel Tarot Cards that use positive affirmations. This main deck of cards we use contains 78 cards that were originally two split decks known as the major and minor arcana sets. Arcana is derived from the meaning of mystery or deep secret, the major set has 22 cards that represent major life events from birth to the end of life phase, whilst the minor arcana set consists of four suits: fire, earth, water and air which represents day to day life events. We believe this deck provides a holistic reading for the soul and we strongly urge the soul to listen to their own intuition and allow that to guide what the reading is interpreting for them. There are many ways in which a tarot reader can read the cards for the individual such as the three card reading yet our favourite to deliver is the Celtic cross which consists of 10 cards the individual selects from either being drawn to that specific card or at random. Although there are many ways to manifest a positive reading we believe this the most effective way as the reading is guided by the individual souls intuition. See more
