10.01.2022 Getting out and about in nature is good for the soul. Yesterday a friend invited me to have a catch up in our recently rejuvenated Queens Park. We spent a couple of hours sitting in the deep shade of this old tree have great conversations. It really does re-set you spending time in the beauty of the outdoors.
