The parcel of land presented some problems which we were able to turn into opportunities, including a significant slope of land which we were able to use to our advantage through the stepdown of floor levels. Fronting two streets, we were able to feature two articulated street facing facades incorporating a range of materials to compliment the look. Stay tuned for the final product upon completion!
