21.01.2022 Two Sheds has won a Commendation at the AIA Victorian Chapter Architecture Awards. We’d like to thank everyone involved in the project. These buildings, as custom items, as working prototypes require such an enormous amount of effort and collaboration from so many people. 20.01.2022 Two Sheds is located in the hills to the rear of Lorne, straddling country and coast. After our initial concept, we workshopped the design with the clients and evolved it over a number of iterations. We always came back to what was most important and how they liked to live. The laundry/WC is designed to feel like a bathroom, but with the same function as a laundry. This helped to avoid the need for two distinct spaces and would give a nicer experience to guests using it... as a powder room.
