23.01.2022 A few progress shots of this ongoing project in #maluabay All windows swapped out for double glazed supplied by @trendwindowsau featuring a massive 6.5m stack...er door to really open up the view to the living space. A 300PFC beam installed above to allow us to create such a large opening. A huge deck using @britedeck titanium boards. Being so close to the ocean we needed something that would last. This deck starts at the front of the house as a walkway that continues down the side to a massive space perfect for entertaining, or just to sit back and admire that view. Still plenty more to do. A big set of stairs, handrail, 2 upper level decks and a complete re clad of the top level.

21.01.2022 Recently completed renovation of this laundry and toilet in Campbell. Forgot to get some before pics of this one. A huge difference though. Thanks to @flow_plumb for the plumbing and max from innovative painting and decorating. #renovation #dreamhaus #laundry #wearecbr #facelift #new

20.01.2022 Another great outdoor area completed in Higgins. . We removed the old sliding door and in its place installed a bifold door supplied by @trendwindowsau Solid Merbau pergola using #versicladroofing for shelter all year round, plenty of light day and night Thanks to the Downlights installed in the roof by Rex Barrett Electrical... Some more solid Merbau posts and top rail with glass balustrade for that Un interrupted view of an awesome backyard. Thanks to @agnewbuildingsupplies and everyone involved in this project. 05.01.2022 A full rebuild of this deck in Chapman. The old deck was in a bad way, held together with tape and filler. We came in and pulled the old one down and rebuilt this beauty in its place. Perfect place to spend a bit of time in #isolation 90mm Merbau decking, posts and top rail.
