Designers from all around the world, they were given and brief and now who better to help me decide! 20.01.2022 Hey Gorgeous Mummas, wow, talk about time flying my last post was Jan 1st, do you think my new years resolution to post regularly here went out the window... talk about dropping the ball. It's easy isn't it to say we're going to do something, commit to something, then easy not to do it. How many things stare us in the face daily and we can choose to say it would be easy to do this, and easy not to do it. Then often it's the 'easy not to do' stuff that we avoid, procrastinate on, or let build up into a mountain, rather than getting on with it whilst it's still the molehill. What's one 'Easy not to do' thing today you'd love to get started on, do better, more of, or do differently?

18.01.2022 Our first workshop was fabulous fun with a group of beautiful women. 17.01.2022 Good Morning and Happy New Year! Suffice to say, we toasted and celebrated with the 9pm fireworks and I was in bed at 10.30 in preparation for the 6am wake up of munchkins this morning. I trust you saw in the New Year in style... and in your way :). Rather than resolution writing, focus this year on goal setting with a plan, achievable steps that will help you see some great results at the end of 2013. 15.01.2022 Wouldn't it be great to get to dinner time, ours that is, and feel calm, be smiling, looking back on a great day! Without the need for several wines, or to dump down the day on our darling other halves, or be needing to talk their ear off, or nagging to get those things done you've asked them days ago to do.... it would be good wouldn't it! Not saying every day is like this... but wouldn't it be fantastic to have more great days!

13.01.2022 Saturday Suggestion: Make and take some time today to do something you've been meaning to do for ages, call that person, clean out that shelf in the pantry, book the babysitter, do 3 reps of sit-ups, a random act of kindness to a stranger, or a random act of love to your other half. Either Do it yourself, Design a system (for others to follow and do), or Delegate the job to someone else! Give this a whirl at work or home... have a fabulous weekend.

03.01.2022 What did you achieve today? I had a very cool coaching session with a mum who has put her hand up for help, acknowledging that lately her power, strength and energy has vanished. She is busy looking after everyone else, juggling balls, wearing many hats, and needs to re-charge, find that fire in her belly again, to get structure back, tools, tips to focus on creating her ideal life, which is to be able to do it all, wear the many hats with style, be mum, be career women, be sports woman, be a friend, be a daughter. There are many ways to achieve this goal, to have your ideal life, to be the best you can be, if you want to know more.... you are in the right place. xx

03.01.2022 Did anyone else get some of those 'easy not to do' jobs done...?One of my things is it's easy to say I'm going to stay and be present for my kids more and not get distracted by emails, FB, phonecalls, house stuff and then my reality is quite different?
