Not a single person is good at something the first time they do it, Keep trying. EVERYONE has their own issues, you are no different. Be proud of who you are and what you can currently do. 21.01.2022 The big rig Brendo has never ever been a conditioning man, EVER!! He has been in and out of Dream for years now and I think he attended two conditioning sessions Total in all those years. On this return @fadzdaddy has already attended more conditioning sessions in two weeks then his whole life. ... I’m joining a gym and going at least 5 days a week All these false promises you make yourself are a waste of time. But we all do it Don’t be hard on yourself for not following through with it the first time, keep trying!! You cannot undo years of bad habits all at once. Here is a few little tricks that will help you. Join a Team not a gym Don’t think about how your feeling just show up anyway, a bad work out is better then no workout Eat a variety of food, don’t restrict yourself to much Have fun with it, this isn’t a quick fix transformation, this is a new life changing journey Be proud of the small wins, they are important to. #Dreamteam #lovemyteam
