11.01.2022 Reduce means to minimise the amount of waste we create. At Dream Tag, we have reduced waste by not including the recycled backing boards anymore. Reuse refers to using items more than once. The scraps from the trimmings of the old backing boards and sticker paper can’t be reused again for the same purpose but we do recycle them as you will read below. Recycle means putting a product to a new use instead of throwing it away. All trimmings from backing boards and stickers... go into a scraps container. We then use the scraps for multiple purposes. We used the sticker trimmings to wrap all of our Christmas presents. The kids love to use the scraps for random arts and craft ideas they come up with. What are the main things in your household that get reused or recycled? Please share how you reuse or recycle so we can all continue to do as much as we can to keep our country healthy
