23.01.2022 ~ Update to Office Arrangements ~ In light of the recent positive test results for COVID-19 in the Portland district, we have temporarily closed our office doors. Our priority is to protect the health and well-being of our staff, clients and community. Our thoughts are with those in our community who have tested positive for COVID-19. We wish you well in your recovery. Our team continues to work behind closed doors and business is otherwise as usual. We will continue to s...ervice our clients in our usual professional manner but efforts will be made for this to be done over the telephone or via teleconference where possible. Where it is essential for you to have a face-to-face meeting with us, this will be done by appointment only. We are using every effort to adhere to social distancing requirements and are implementing extra cleaning and hand hygiene. Please be assured that we are committed to working with you to arrange the signing of important documents. We ask that you do not attend our office if you are feeling unwell or have been in contact with someone displaying symptoms of, or testing positive to, COVID-19. All enquiries and communication should be done via telephoning or emailing our office. Please use the mail slot located in our front door for the return or provision of any documents to us.
