21.01.2022 Writing my new single DRIVE with Max Jackson and Martin Estrada in LA was definitely a learning experience . I had never approached writing a song before with getting the music arrangement down first then writing lyrics. In the past I had always started with a few lyrics and a basic hook. It was great to hang out with my friend (incredible guitarist/producer/songwriter) Martin Estrada. Ps I dont have any photos but it was cool to song write yesterday with Jared Lee. If you dont know him yet ... check him out. He is an amazing songwriter/singer! Thank you Gem for organising the mind blowing connections this week in LA.
09.01.2022 I finally found a quiet moment for myself and took my old bike out for a spin around the mountain bends and then a final stop at Katoomba cemetery to say good bye to my dear friend. Sitting next to her grave, I couldnt help but smile at the life she had lived. Simply amazing, no stone unturned X
