20.01.2022 How much water should you be drinking a day?? What happens if you don’t? 3-4 litres a day! Keep a water bottle with you throughout the day to stay on top of your hydration. Being even slightly dehydrated can affect you by feeling weaker and tired even when you’re well rested-being hydrated will improve your overall performance physically and mentally.

Focus on whole foods that you don’t get in a packet: a boiled egg, handful of nuts, veggie sticks etc. What snacks give you the energy you need??

08.01.2022 I can always do with an extra boost of greens in my day! In between busy sessions, I really like having this to drink. It’s a simple juice but rich in nutrients and has anti-inflammatory ingredients. You can mix it up however you want, whether you like it sweet or sharp, but this my favorite basic juice Homemade Green Juice ... 1 bunch celery 3 cucumbers 3 green apples 1 lemon peeled 1/2 bunch cilantro 1/2 bunch parsley 1 inch piece of ginger
