I’m assuming that natural is equivalent to safe and naturally occurring and my somewhat glib reply is that arsenic (an element) is natural . My point is.. I’ve seen patients need not only one but sequential transplants to save their life following an adverse reaction to herbal supplements (black kahosh) Medicine is always assesses for safety, efficacy and tolerability.
