23.01.2022 This is why we can all trust our babies! They know what they are doing! Heatwave? You don't need to give your breastfed baby extra water (or tea?!) -- trust th...em! Here, you'll see how their feeds and your milk adjusts to what they need, as they need it. You can offer water when you begin to offer solids -- I neglected to mention that! Also know that the transition between the milk with higher water content and the milk with higher fat content is gradual -- I could have used eight glasses to demonstrate that. There's not a switch that goes off in your breasts to change to higher fat milk now ;)
