25.01.2022 Warm day today for the last weekend for this Foundation Course. Ice blocks were appreciated all round. Everyone has come a long way since the start of the course.

23.01.2022 The team built this awesome set of sheep yards last week - very impressive!

23.01.2022 What an awesome weekend we had. Thanks to all of the wonderful people who hung in for the course over a difficult time with COVID and having to stop and restart. We are so excited to have some of you back to do the next course. The Foundation course gives consistency and the opportunity for us to get to know you and your horse so that you can focus on what you need and make real improvement.

22.01.2022 Our fav Thomas Arena Rack in SloMo. We have a couple available for view and purchase. Pm for details

21.01.2022 This is one of the key factors with our horses. Our horses are bought up in this natural environment and allowed to develop as a horse first and foremost. Our horses are all happy, friendly and well balanced. When we compare to other horses that have had a less than ideal start to life, these issues can carry forward to other areas of their lives, it is a lot harder to "fix" problems than to ever have them develop in the first place.

20.01.2022 Essentials groundwork class getting underway. Horse being horses, we have a couple of people running late. It’s a dual edge sword, good groundwork gives you tools for float loading, getting good groundwork means you may need to float somewhere....

20.01.2022 We now have openings for starting horses under saddle. We are offering an extended program ensuring a solid foundation in groundwork and under saddle. You will be invited to be part of the process so you can hone your skills and learn more about the methodology of your horses experience. Having a young horse is a wonderful journey and this requires your knowledge to be constantly developed. DSH's sole aim to create a long lasting safe partnership between horse and human.... 19.01.2022 I thought I would re-post this video from last year. This filly who went to her new home last year came back on the weekend to do an Essentials groundwork class. It was wonderful to see that her early float training has set her up for success.

18.01.2022 This little cutie arrived yesterday.
