24.01.2022 Im often asked if you can mix different shades of blue. The answer is - absolutely! I love a mix and they all work so well together. In the lovely home of @casa_de_sala, my coral prints in French Blue are paired with deep navy on the cushions and ginger jar, and a brighter cobalt in the little crab. Gorgeous

24.01.2022 I was eleven when I attempted my first painting, and my subject was a single rose. Painted in oils (despite having no clue what to do), Ive always loved flowers and theyre such a favourite subject to paint. Mum and Dad have kept that painting all these years, and Im still painting flowers today. Although hopefully Im a bit better than I was way back then These Magnolia and Gardenia prints are the newest additions to my store. White flowers are always a classic and these two flowers are some of my mums faves. In store now :)

22.01.2022 Im often asked if you can place artwork above a bed head, and the answer is yes, if you have high enough ceilings. This lovely room in a classic Queenslander had high ceilings so we chose three A3 prints to sit above the bedhead. Classic and timeless but still with lots of interest.

20.01.2022 Thought you might like to see another pic from the @indahisland Hamptons Farm project. There are so many gorgeous spaces and this one is a beautiful neutral sitting area. So lovely and it just goes to show that neutrals done right are far from boring!

20.01.2022 One of the things I try to do when designing artwork is to make the pieces really versatile. These Foliage prints in classic charcoal look just as good in a classic Queenslander, like this beautiful home in Ascot, as they do in a contemporary interior. And the best part is that you can change them up and move them to another room - it another home - for a completely different look. What do you look for in artwork? 19.01.2022 The fire emergency happening in Australia is breaking my heart. Lives lost, at least half a billion animals dead, property, homes, livelihoods, habitats - all destroyed. Ive donated personally but I really want to do more so Im donating 100% of print sales over the next 24 hours to charities assisting with the emergency. 17.01.2022 Cant say that I was unhappy at all when Calm Blue was named as the @pantone #colouroftheyear2020. Its such a versatile colour and as this pic shows, it also plays really nicely with other shades of blue. 10.01.2022 Im the kind of person who tries to look for the silver lining. I know this is going to be a tough time for many - health wise, financially, and emotionally- but I really hope the positives that come out of this will be many. It just might give us time to pause, to get back to basics, to get back to spending time with family. Without the guilt that often goes hand in hand with slowing down. Were all so rushed and busy that this might be a perfect opportunity to revisit whats important and let the rest fall by the wayside. Thats my hope. Im enjoying time in the garden and painting all of the lovely blooms Im finding there. Which is something that, ironically, I find I have less and less time for lately. What are your thoughts? Are you hoping for a slow down? Would love to know what you think will come of this...

And of course, a quick trip to the Bahamas is out of the question at the moment, so Ill have to do with virtual tours instead. 07.01.2022 Late last year I had the pleasure of supplying artwork to the lovely Natalee @indahisland for her Hamptons Farmhouse project, and today Ive received the first images through. And let me tell you, if these pics are anything to go by, its going to be absolutely sensational! This is a shot of my Seaweed Collage prints in blue, and I love how shes paired them with that stunning console. The whole farmhouse will be revealed on @readysetrenoau in a few months time, and I cannot wait to see it in all its glory. 06.01.2022 Im sure you all know how much I love #blueandwhite, but add a touch of black and it takes it to a new level. This gorgeous room by @lyndakerry is a perfect example. The dark timber windows, black framed prints and sideboard really ground the room and I couldnt love it more if I tried. This corner of the living room is layered and collected, adding that signature style to the scheme. It was definitely a dream project to work on and I cant wait to see it in person once things settle down again. 05.01.2022 One thing I really love about abstract art is how versatile it is. It works so well in different design styles - contemporary, classic, coastal...it suits just about anywhere. This room was styled by Jodie @bexleyandmore and @tailoredhomestyling and features my Abstract print for Designer Boys. I love how well it works with the neutral colours and natural textures here - its a really relaxed yet considered space

05.01.2022 Coral prints are timeless classics, and add a dash of indigo blue and you have the perfect piece to finish any room. This Oceanic Coral is part of my latest range for Designer Boys, and the talented team at @noblehousedesignaust has featured it in this beautiful bedroom room. So lovely
