25.01.2022 Mrs Gill called me out to fix a running cistern but found a much more serious problem when I turned the water off. A potential flood was avoided. Regularly check your flexi hoses for rust spots or splintered braids.

20.01.2022 Just another 'quality' Bunnings product!! I was asked to install this tap today when a customer thought he could DIY this sink mixer. The box clearly states DIY installation, however the 15 year warranty is void if not installed by a qualified plumber! There are also a lot of situations where they say this mixer is not suitable, instant hot water systems, tempering valves, solar hot water systems...so basically no warranty is given in most WA homes.... It's safer to trust the products supplied by your plumber, they're not over priced and cover ALL warranty situations

If you have a storage system it won't be obvious until the tank of hot water runs out later today. 05.01.2022 I have the best customers! My first job of the day and I get a birthday present from a lovely couple I've worked for for many years.

05.01.2022 We are very much aware of the ever changing situation concerning Covid-19. As a plumber hygiene and contamination is always a high priority but extra steps are being taken for our customers, and my safety. Whilst the proportion of affected people remains low we will adopt a business as usual approach, however, we are taking the following steps to keeps ourselves and our valued customers healthy. I will be checking my temperature before starting work every day... I will be washing my hands before and after every job and sanitising when necessary I will be wearing disposable gloves at each job I will be disinfecting any areas (taps, surfaces etc.) I have worked prior to leaving I would also ask that if you or a family member has been overseas recently or is self isolating to make me aware so I can do my job safely for everyone.
