The fitness facility shut down period wasn’t enough to stop them; they trained right through in the park, in the cold, early mornings before the sun had even rose. - They did the transformation challenge this year both getting great results. 06.01.2022 Inika’s Client Of The Year - Great work Gen! - Gen has been consistently training with me twice a week and has smashed her goals of improving body composition, strength and general fitness.
