21.01.2022 Four years ago this day, I posted this poem from many papers my mother saved (and believe me, she saved everything). It created a storm of spring lovers! Ever...y year in February it enjoys another circle between friends, so I thought whoever has not seen it, should. It is for your Garden of Everyday Living. See more
20.01.2022 We did our Drive For Drought to Tamworth yesterday and dropped off donations from Dignity, Jane L, Barb & Ron H and us. They were greatly appreciated and a big thank you from Sue-Ellen on behalf of the farmers. Also our thanks to those who donated. Hopefully next year we can do another big drive.
20.01.2022 Hi Drive for Drought team members, friends and the public that follow us. Obviously we won’t be doing our Drive for a while but we will be doing one as soon as we can. Please stay safe, positive, keep in touch with each other via ringing, zoom, FaceTime etc. ... Cheers Jeni & Max

11.01.2022 Don’t let the green grass fool you!! The grass is to rich for the stock to eat so the farmers are still hand feeding. The devastation of the Cobargo NSW communi...ty is real, the stories are sad but the resilience of these people incredible. Volunteering with BlazeAid is one of the most humbling experiences, meeting others just wanting to help, the hospitality and the friendships made in camp, the joy of helping our farmers rebuild, the chats with them about their traumatic experience just lending an ear to listen, all something that I will certainly carry with me but not in a negative way but in a way that reminds of the kindness and support needed to rebuild. IF YOU GET A CHANCE DROP INTO A BLAZEAID CAMP AND HELP!!! See more

04.01.2022 This beautiful image was shared in a closed forum by our friend India, I felt it was too emotive not to share as far as possible... India wrote "Thought I’d sha...re this. I received it today from an Indian friend in the deserts of Rajasthan. News of our country’s plight has only just reached them. Baby Shiva (the Destroyer and Protector) comforting our distraught wildlife." <3 <3 See more
