About the role: Reporting to the Manager, we require casual staff to fill morning and afternoon shifts 7 days per week. Potential for this to turn into a full time position. Duties include: Meeting and greeting customers, shuttle bus transfers (normal car licence) to and from the airport, car washing and detailing, taking bookings, car park maintenance and monitoring, answering phone... calls, assisting customers, etc. On the job training provided. 01.01.2022 Covid-19 Update 23 August 2020 It has been a few challenging months at Drive Park Fly. The Tasmanian Government announcement on border restrictions remaining in place until 1 Dec, has meant a number of flight cancellations from next week onwards.... We want to assure you we remain open for all interstate flights (there are about 10 per week at present). We are open at least 1.5 hours before each flight and until 1 hour or so after arriving flights. We also staffing the carpark at other times, including when we are performing car wash services for customers whether they are travelling or not. A great option if you want your car cleaned and detailed! Book online today. If you are travelling interstate the best option is to book online. We can be at the car park for your departure and arrival. You can also just drive in and take a ticket at the entry. If you are flying with Sharp Airlines to the King or Flinders Islands, then we will be at the car park on demand. Book online, or let us know the day before or so before you are travelling. You are also welcome as always to just turn up and walk to and from the airport. The overall message is we are here for you when you need us. Thanks for all the great support you have provided to us over the last 6 months.
