20.01.2022 The Queensland Government have announced tougher penalties for drivers who use their mobile phone illegally while driving. From 1 February 2020, the penalties for illegally using a mobile phone while driving are increasing from a $400 fine and 3 demerit points to a $1,000 fine and 4 demerit points.... If you take the time to contact your local State government MP and ask why the State is not contributing the last $12 million to finish this facilty. This will not only provide jobs, but sport and recreation at all levels for the community. It will bring in over 32 mil to our townsville economy and be one of a kind in Australia.
