11.01.2022 Hello to our Driving The Blues Into Dirt community, we hope you are all staying safe through all of this Covid-19 situation currently sweeping the world. Speaki...ng of staying safe, Due to the current government restrictions, the Driving The Blues Into The Dirt committee members have made the very tough decision to postpone the event for 2020. This was not an easy decision and we wish that we didn’t have to make it, however with current government restrictions not allowing travel or camping and the social distancing measures in place we had to take this into consideration when planning this years event. If the restrictions are lifted and we return to a somewhat normal life we will hold the event as planned the weekend of 25-27 September, however it will not be the same as previous years. Please keep an eye out for updates as we move forward through this pandemic. We would like to thank all of the sponsors, who have donated in previous years, we are forever grateful for your support, we really do hope that all of this is over soon and we can continue to do what we do best. 10.01.2022 DRIVING THE BLUES INTO THE DIRT 2020 UPDATE Driving The Blues Into The Dirt 2020 is officially CANCELLED!!!! We were hoping that things with COVID-19 would hav...e settled down by now and we would have been able to still hold a small event, however going by the situation currently unfolding around the country and a second wave looking imminent the committee members have come to together and made the decision to cancel the event for 2020. We understand that many of you have been looking forward to this event and it may have been a way for you to remember a family member or friend who either suffers with the everyday battles of depression and anxiety or has sadly lost their battle with this deadly disease. Please know that we are all here for anyone that needs a shoulder to cry on or an ear to listen, especially in these very uncertain times it is good to know that there is always someone out there to talk to. Most importantly the organisation that we raise money and awareness for Beyond Blue are available to call on 1300 224 636. Please everyone stay safe and we look forward to seeing you all in 2021
