All things that, as a psychologist, I advocate as part of a treatment plan for anxiety and stress management. I am a Diploma qualifier instructor, and psychologist, who can come to you in your home (HOBART area, conditions apply), to provide you with a specialised Movement program. Sessions ...can be weekly, fortnightly, monthly or whatever you need, and homework can be provided for in between sessions.
