07.01.2022 Welcome to Dr Jessica Sexton’s new Facebook page I am very excited to announce that in the coming weeks I will be joining the tribe at Yarra Valley Innate Chiropractic located in Yarra Glen and Yarra Junction. My sole purpose is to empower my clients to appreciate and love their own bodies through connection to their nervous system and encourage flow (a state of harmony within the system). The nervous system is the sole provider for the entire body and needs to be in... a state of flow for the system to work efficiently and as optimally as possible. The techniques I use in practice are Torque Release Technique and Sacro-occipital technique both ‘gentle’ chiropractic techniques that don’t involve any manual adjustments of the spine. My main areas of interest are women’s health, pre and post pregnancy care and bubs and more. 04.01.2022 Ever been to a chiropractor and preferred a gentler approach? Although I still do practice traditional ‘manual’ chiropractic adjustments for those who prefer this, my main technique used at YVIC will be of a different approach. Techniques such as Torque Release Technique and Sacro-Occipital technique involve a combination of adjusting instruments, blocks and gentle hands on work to achieve a state of balance within the system - just as nature intended it to be! Over years of experience as a Chiropractic patient and as a practicing Chiropractor, I have found that this is the best way for me to achieve the desired state of flow within the system.
