07.01.2022 I remain agnostic regarding myopia and close tasks. Blue light is rubbish; the issue with sleep relates to bright light at bed time. Eye strain is just dry eye. My biggest issue with excessive screen time is when it deprives kids of interactive play in the real world. Everything in moderation.
