I also know many other women who have been through a lot more. We all have our own experiences and they each carry their own story and resonance in our bodies and hearts. 18.01.2022 I spent Sunday with an amazing group of Chiropractors learning new ways to support my pregnant clients. Being pregnant myself, I understand the changes and challenges that our bodies go through and how important it is to support these changes.

Secondly, Im back at work this week after an amazing trip to Melbourne training with Syntropy Chiropractic, visiting clinics and catching up with friends and family (didnt take enough photos though). Plus a sneaky trip to the theatre to see Harry Potter!!
