25.01.2022 What's changed at your GP lately? 4) Our Flu-vax Clinics Highly organised clinics run by our Practice Nurse and our frontline staff. These clinics are running after 4:30 pm and we are closing for other consults. Please be patient with us. We have had limited government stock coming in dribs and drabs and we will call you if you are a regular patient.

22.01.2022 We are offering face to face consults as well as Telehealth via phone or video. Weve made some changes since 1 June. We now have a few chairs in the waiting room spaced as per current restrictions. There is hand sanitiser a-plenty and if you need a mask we can provide that. You can book either on the Hot Docs app or by phoning our friendly receptionist. Please let us know if you are unwell so we can plan your visit and keep everyone safe.

18.01.2022 What's changed at your GP lately? 2)We look different! When you come to the surgery you will be asked to remain outside or in your car until we are ready for you. We have a new screen protecting our valued frontline staff, and there are no chairs in the waiting room. Even our clothing has changed. Our scrubs enable us to wash our clothing at high temperatures to protect you and our loved ones at home.

12.01.2022 Its great to see the numbers coming down in Melbourne. We are still having cases pop up here and there in NSW so we need to remain vigilant and while we might be experiencing lockdown fatigue remember to keep your distance, don't go out unless you need to and wear a mask in crowded places like supermarkets. We are encouraging our patients to wear a mask during their visit to the surgery. I know the mask can be difficult to get used to but I do have some tips to make it easier .We are still providing telehealth consults as well as face-to-face. You can book by calling 96218118 or by using the "Hot-Docs" app on your smart phone. Stay safe!

11.01.2022 What's changed at your GP lately? 1) We're offering and encouraging Telehealth as a way to keep us all safe during this time by enhancing social distancing. Telehealth uses video meeting technology for consults that do not require an urgent examination. We have found that we can do the majority of our consults using Telehealth. When you speak to the Receptionist you will be offered this option.

09.01.2022 Whats changed at your GP lately ? 3)Why is it taking longer ? We are wiping down all equipment and contact surfaces with disinfectant between patients for your safety. We encourage you to use the hand sanitiser on entry and exit.
