I grew up on the banks of a creek full of taddies, fish, yabbies and other wildlife and Ive always loved Australias waterways. Like so many people, when I saw the footage of millions of dead and dying animals in the Darling River this year I was horrified. But the millions of dead creatures in the Darling are not a natural disaster. This catastrophe is the product of vested interests dominating our democracy compounded by decades of worsening damage to our climate.

04.01.2022 UPDATE - 10 October 2018 Our camper trailer has been FOUND!!! ... We are so unbelievably happy, words cannot describe. I received a phone call about 1/2 hour ago to say that police in the WA Wheatbelt area had found our camper attached to a stolen ute!! A massively huge thank you to all of you who commented and shared my post. The support shown by people across Australia is truly heart warming. PLEASE SHARE Our camper trailer 1TQR736 was stolen from our front yard, in Stirling, this morning between 4am and 7am. It was chained to our front fence with a heavy grade chain, this was cut!! Please keep an eye out and let us know if you see or hear anything.
