21.01.2022 In 2016 the Cochrane library (highest level of research evidence) demonstrated that taking paracetamol for relieving low back pain (in the short and long term) made no difference when compared to taking a placebo! Interesting article... Next time you have back pain remember this latest research! :-)

For some they have never heard of it, for others its the harsh reality they...re faced with watching their little ones start life in a brace from the waist down. Currently, up to 1 in every 50 babies born in Australia are being diagnosed with hip dysplasia. I personally can count on both hands friends who little ones have been diagnosed. Its a tough journey for both parents and child, but with the more awareness we bring to it, the more research and support we can offer. Sarah, over at @healthyhipsaustralia along with some fantastic volunteers, hosted an awareness charity function and we had the honour and privilege of being involved. We had savoury for the parents and made a fruit platter look fun for the kids! Healthy, Hip & Happening all round. Healthy Hips Week is happening NOW - April 8th - 14th.
